I may be a self-proclaimed certified, first-class, card-carrying introvert but I definitely thrive on true connection.

Nature, animals, the outdoors, and authentic, vulnerable people light me up… and it's because all of them are living in the moment… totally present and self-aware. If you mix that with unabashed laughter, then you have an ideal day for me.

This is precisely why I LOVE Equus Coaching. It is a perfect combination of all of the above.

The horses show up exactly as they are supposed to....as animals who have no agenda and are not attached to any outcome. The people who come are allowing themselves to be vulnerable with a 1,200 lb animal who many have never been in the presence of before.

It's the ultimate form of connection.

What to expect…..

Equus Coaching

All Equus coaching sessions take place at a barn in the Orlando area. There is no riding involved and no experience with horses is necessary.

This is an opportunity to tap into your inner wisdom and spend time learning the beautiful, intuitive language of horses.

Life Coaching

I realize many people are not “horse” people and that’s ok. If you prefer taking a walk, sitting on a bench in a park, or even talking on the phone or Zoom, it all works. Nature has so much to teach us about ourselves and can be accessed anywhere. It’s always there to remind us that we can return to our own true nature at any time. It allows you the freedom to totally, soulfully connect to yourself again.
